After three ears, the Karl Pečko Art School is returning to the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Koroška. It is an adult educational programme, intended for adults regardless of their prior knowledge of art, and to young people who want to prepare for further education in the field of art. Through practical work under the guidance of the art educator Kaja Jeseničnik, participants will learn about the basics o drawing and attain practical knowledge of art design. The programme will take place in four parts, starting with the basics of drawing, followed by a discussion of space, study drawing and figure. The basic materials will be provided to the participants at the sessions. We will organize an introductory session to get to know the gallery spaces and to talk about the goals that we want to achieve with our participation at the art school.

The art school will take place in small groups every Thursday from 31 March 2022 onwards, applications are possible until 14 March 2022. Welcome!
