Dear teachers! Dear elementary school students!

The Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Koroška once again invites you to participate in the Competition for Original Children’s Art and Literary Work and Photography, which has been held for the 33rd year in a row in cooperation with the Municipality of Slovenj Gradec.

We are announcing three interesting topics for you:

1. IN THE VELVET DARKNESS OF SPACE (on the occasion of the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology)
2. LIFE ON ICE (on the occasion of the International Year of Glaciers’ Preservation 2025)
3. I, DIGITAL CITIZEN (on the occasion of the European Year of Digital Citizenship Education)

The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The opening of the exhibition with the award ceremony is scheduled for September 19, 2025 at the KGLU premises.

We are looking forward to your drawings, paintings, graphics, poems, writings, photographs, … and we wish you plenty of inspiration and joy in creating!
