On Monday, 12 July 2021, in the main building of the European Parliament in Brussels, the Slovenian Minister of Culture Vasko Simoniti and the Polish MP and President of the Parliament’s Artistic Committee Karol Karski opened the temporary exhibition of works by contemporary Slovenian artists, which will accompany the Slovenian Presidency of the EU Council in the second half of this year.
The Ministry of Culture invited the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art and its curator Marko Košan to design the exhibition, with Košan complementing the works of Slovenian artist in the permanent collection of the European Parliament with a selection of 13 artist from Slovenia. The exhibition We are Living in Interesting Times will be on display on the 3rd floor of the Altiero Spinelli in Brussels until the end of this year.
