Another lively summer in the Museum with an abundance of interesting events!
This year, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Koroška is once again organizing its Summer Series of Lectures. The central theme of this year’s series is the exhibition Pečko’s Slovenj Gradec. At the three lectures in July, you can come and listen to the interpretation of curator Marko Košan, who will present Pečko’s Slovenj Gradec through different periods.
At the end of August, you are welcome to join us at a movie night in the museum’s atrium, where we will show the movie Rhythm, Shape, Colour, Harmony: A Portrait of Karel Pečko. Before the screening, the curator Marko Košan will have a talk with screenwriter Iztok Premrov and director Iztok Tory.
In the Ravne Gallery, you can still visit the graphics exhibition Metamorphoses, and you can also join us on Tuesday, 7 July 2020, on the last public guided tour of the exhibition.
Our youngest visitors are also welcome at this year’s Berneker’s summer creative workshops at the Museum and in the Ravne Gallery. Children who will attend five workshops during the summer and collect five stamps of Koki the Little Raven will receive a gift, the book How Koki the Little Raven became the Keeper of the Museum Collection.
Choose the events you like and join us in the museum this summer!
