You are cordially invited to visit the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Koroška in Slovenj Gradec and Ravne this summer as well.

We are preparing a summer cycle of lectures in the museum in Slovenj Gradec. The central theme of this year’s cycle is Contemporary Intermedia Art – the Ground-breaking 60s of the 20^th century. As part of the three July lectures that we are organizing on Tuesdays at 6 PM, we invite you to come listen to our curator Marko Košan’s talks.

At the end of the month, on 29 July 2022, at 7 PM, we invite you to the Ravne Gallery for a musical and poetic performance, Sounds of Metabolized Breath, presented by artists Nina Stopar and Jure Praper.

In Slovenj Gradec, the exhibition of the academic painter Štefan Marflak entitled That Path, That Painting will be on view during the summer term. On Thursday, 18 August 2022, at 6 PM, join us for a guided tour of the exhibition with curator Marko Košan.

This year, we once again invite our youngest visitors to Berneker’s Summer Creative Workshops in the galleries in Slovenj Gradec and Ravne, where they will create art in the company of Koki the Raven.
