Toon Wegner (1926, Rijswijk, South Holland – 2010 Orvelte, Drenthe), Dutch painter and printmaker, studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in the Hague between 1942 and 1947. Between 1964 and 1987, he taught at the Rotterdam Academy, and from 1964 to 1966 he also taught at the Tilburg Academy. In Orvelte (Drenthe), he founded his own graphic arts centre and led workshops on artistic printmaking. He exhibited across the whole world, among other things in the International Graphic Arts Biennial in Ljubljana.
